Mr. Stephen Paul Fields, 26 of Middleburg passed away suddenly Thursday December 17, 2009 at Flagler Hospital. Stephen was born in Quenelles, British Columbia, Canada on June 5, 1983, and was a born again Christian. His survivors include his mother: Kathleen (Schnurr) Fields; children: Titus Paul and Makayla; two Brothers: Denver and Nick; Four sisters: Paula Denise, Erin Sarah, Charity Faith, and Alyssa Marie; Maternal Grandparents: Clarence & Elizabeth Schnurr. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Stephen was preceded in death by his father, Arnold Lee Fields, and his sister, Glenda Elizabeth. Services for Stephen have not been scheduled at this time.
