Mr. Stephen K. Macdonald, 74 of Palatka, passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2022. Mr. Macdonald was born May 21, 1947 in Ogdensburg, New York to parents Laurence and Beatrice (Person) Macdonald. Stephen served in the United States Marine Corps as a Private First-Class Sniper in the First Marine Regiment and First Marine Division. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Macdonald, brothers, David Macdonald, Laurence E. Macdonald, Jr., and Douglas Macdonald, sister, Sharon Bean, and granddaughter, Tiffani Joann Mathis. Survivors are his children, Kimberly Mathis (David Johns) of Bardin, Stephen Macdonald (Michelle) of Arlington, TX, and Tanya Wilkinson (Timothy) of Bardin, siblings, Gary Macdonald of Winthrop, NY, Jeffery Macdonald of Cranberry Lake, NY, Glenna Beaulieu (Jerry) of Canton, NY, Rhonda Robert (Terry) of Canton, NY, Marionroe Beaulieu (Dennis) of Floral City, FL, and Marla Macdonald of Virginia, and step-mother, Lorraine Macdonald of Canton, NY. Also surviving him are his grandchildren, Thomas Macdonald (Tiffani), Chelsea McGinnis (Donnie), Sarah Macdonald, Nikita Mathis, John P. Bennett, Katie Myers (Jonathan) and Cheralyn Kanouse (Shane). He will be missed by everyone. Burial will be held in the near future at Jacksonville National Cemetery with Military Honors.
