Stephen Ross Meyer, 18, tragically passed away too soon. Stephen was beloved by all who met him and he touched the lives of both those at River City Science Academy and Duval Charter School at Baymeadows where he currently attended as a senior.Born June 8th, 2003 in Jacksonville, Florida - Stephen would grow into an outdoorsy young man and loved to bike and capture pictures of places around the city.He is survived by his father (David Meyer), Mother (Margaret "Meg" Meyer), and three brothers (Jacob, Michael, and Thomas Meyer) as well as many great friends.A Celebration of Life will be held at Hendricks Avenue Baptist, outside by the gym, at 2pm on Saturday, November 20th with a follow-up at the Golden Rooster.Arrangements by George H.
