Stephen Clair Nelson Sr., 77, of Casselberry Florida, passed away on December 11th, 2023 due to natural causes.Steve was born on April 15,1946 to Rebecca Cross and Clair Nelson in Westfield NY, and grew up in Mayville, NY with his younger sister Janet. After Steve graduated from Mayville Junior-Senior High School in 1964, he went on to nursing school where he met his ex-wife, Marilyn Nelson, after trying his hand at nursing school, Steve went onto the Air Force and spent most of his career in insurance sales and had a picture featured in life magazine because of his work.Steve and Marilyn were married on October 8,, 1966. They went on to have four children, Stephen Jr., Alison, Courtney. and Matthew. Steve and Marilyn were divorced in May of 1990 bur remained close friends.Steve was predeceased by his grandparents Charles and Nellie Nelson and Dorothy and Laird Holmes, mother and father, Rebecca and Clair, his fiance Marsha, and his daughter Courtney. He is survived by his sister Janet, ex-wife Marilyn Nelson, daughter Alison, sons Stephen Jr. and Matthew, and grandchildren Chelsea, Brooklyn, Jonathon, Matthew Jr. Christopher, and Elizabeth.Steve enjoyed his family :md friends more than anything. He loved capturing memories whether it was via video camera or photography. He never let go of sentimental items and loved so much watching his loved ones having a good rime.Steve lived his life befriending all and with a constant smile on his face.
