Steve R. Manning, age 69, of Keystone Heights, died Saturday March 12, 2016 in Jacksonville.Born on December 11, 1946 in Baxley, GA, the son of the late Ernest and Vera (Carter) Manning.Mr. Manning retired from the State of Florida as a Correctional officer and was a Vietnam Veteran serving twenty-one years in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife: Phyllis Ann (Williams) Manning. One Son: Clayton R. Manning of Starke. One Granddaughter: Hala Ray Manning.
