Mrs. Susan Arlene Stocks, 72, passed away Friday, January 6, 2023. Mrs. Stocks was born August 2, 1950 in Kendallville, Indiana to parents John and Janice (Wiles) Nartker. She was an active member of the Kiwanis Club of St. Petersburg and in her free time enjoyed reading and crocheting. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Neil William Stocks. Survivors are her children, Cindy Byrnes of Orange Park and Kathie Stocks of Jacksonville, grandchildren, Thomas Byrnes, V and Maeve Byrnes both of Orange Park, sisters, Jean Levi and Barbara Saylors, as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, and extended family. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
