Susan "Sue" Ann Young

Mrs. Susan "Sue" Ann Young age 52, of Keystone Heights passed away in Melrose Wednesday, July 11, 2018 from injuries she sustained in an accident. She was born July 26, 1965 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Joe Meller and Ilene (Beese). Before to moving to Keystone Heights 13 years ago from New Jersey, she would work and volunteer for activities at the schools in which her three sons were attended. Sue was an active member of Gadara Baptist Church and she loved going to the ocean, but most of all Sue loved being a wife and mom. She leaves behind her husband of 33 years Steve Young of Keystone Heights and their three sons Stephen Francis Young of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Shane Young and Shaun Young both of Gainesville. Also left behind are Sues three siblings Mary Sweeney (Ron) of Washington State, Patrick Smith and Nicole Smith both of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania along with additional family members and a host of friends. A memorial service for Sue will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at Gadara Baptist Church with Pastor Shawn House officiating.
