Tammy Lynn Ratliff

Mrs. Tammy Lynn Ratliff 61 of Keystone Heights passed away at her home Sunday, December 20, 2020, following an extended illness. She was born August 21, 1959, in Jacksonville to Kenneth and Carolyn (Ross) Hinds, Sr. Tammy was a homemaker and a longtime resident of Keystone Heights. She was a member of Hope Baptist Church and enjoyed taking trips to the beach, laying by the pool and shopping; but most of all she loved being with her family. Her mother Carolyn Rebecca Hinds had preceded her in death. Survivors are her loving and dedicated husband of 43 years William "Bill" Ratliff and their daughter Tiffany and her husband Adam Coleman and her father Kenneth Hinds, Sr. all of Keystone Heights Also left behind are her siblings Connie Stophel of Jacksonville, Lawrence Hinds, Richard Hinds and Kenneth Hinds, Jr. all of Keystone Heights. Tammy was also lovingly called "Nana" by her precious grandson Ayden Thomas. A graveside service for Tammy will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 26, 2020, at Hope Baptist Church Cemetery.
