On November 1, 2023, Tanya Lynn Collins (Woodcock) who was better known as "Nana" and/or "Toni", at age 66, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loved ones. Nana was born April 18, 1957, in Live Oak, Florida to the late William Dewitt Woodcock and the late Eula Mae Brock (Woodcock). On June 25, 1971, Nana married John Wayne Collins (Papa) in White Springs, Florida. They moved to Lake City, Florida and soon welcomed their 2 sons: Timothy DeWayne Collins and Christopher Wayne Collins. The love Papa and Nana shared for 52 years was legendary and inspiring to anyone who knew them. Nana's passions in life were centered around supporting her beloved grandbabies at all their sporting events. She was their biggest fan and always cheered them on with unwavering enthusiasm. Nana's caring nature and enduring presence will be sorely missed by her family and all those who knew her. Nana was a beautiful, kind, generous, nurturing, Christian women, and a perfect example of what unconditional love is supposed to be.Nana is survived by her beloved husband John Wayne Collins and sons: Timothy Dewayne Collins (Wanda Kay) and Christopher Wayne Collins (Sherri Danielle); grandchildren Cody DeWayne (Victoria) Collins, Caitlyn Nicole and Kyler Storm Collins. The Viewing will be at Hopeful Baptist Church (289 SE Hopeful Drive, Lake City, Florida 32025), on Monday, November 6, 2023, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. The Funeral will be at Hopeful Baptist Church (289 SE Hopeful Drive, Lake City, Florida 32025), on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, from 2:00pm until complete.
