Thelma Frances Johnson, age 89 of Starke, passed away, Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at Baptist South Medical Center. Mrs. Johnson was born on May 18, 1924 to the late James and May (Prescott) Green in Lincoln, Arkansas. She worked in a lumber yard, a cannery, and in a diner. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and spending time with family and friends. Survivors are: her son, John Snodgrass and wife, Sharon of Lawtey, daughters, Donna Phipps and Sandy Minton both of Oregon, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
