Mr. Thomas George Byrnes, IV, 52 of Orange Park, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2022. Mr. Byrnes was born October 2, 1969 in West Palm Beach to parents Thomas George Byrnes, III and Penelope (Hildebrant) Byrnes. Thomas was a plumbing contractor and in his free time he enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was liked by all that crossed his path. He will forever be remembered as a loving father who was always devoted to his family. His father preceded him in death. Survivors are his wife of 31 years, Cynthia "Cindy" Byrnes of Orange Park, son, Thomas Byrnes (Haley Jennette) of Orange Park, daughter, Maeve Byrnes of Orange Park, mother, Penny Byrnes of The Villages, and sister Carolyn Robertson (Fred) of Clermont. Also surviving him are his mother-in-law, Susan Stocks of Tampa, sister-in-law, Kathie Stocks of Jacksonville, and nephews, Dillon Byrnes of Tallahassee, Liam Robertson of Clermont, and Kieran Robertson of Clermont.
