CHEW: Funeral services for Thomas Joe Chew, 67, who passed away on June 9, 2018, will be held Monday at 10:00 AM in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4747 Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206.The family will receive friends Sunday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Mr. Chew was a native of Jacksonville, Florida and was a Commercial Shrimper by trade. His shrimp boat named The Capt. Chris. He was a member of the Shrimp Producers Assn. Mr. Chew was a hard worker that loved his family. Survivors include his loving wife of 33 years, Patsy Wiles Chew. 2 sons, Christopher T. Chew and Ryan C. Chew; 4 sisters, Lillie Supsuk (Nijom), Billie Chew, Tillie Sim and Jeanne Lee (Stephen).
