Mr. Thomas William Kurrus age 62 of Melrose passed away Thursday, February 25, 2010 suddenly. Mr. Kurrus was born on May 13, 1947 in Mahopac, New York to the late Theo Hornby and Jean Cumming Kurrus and moved to Melrose in 1983. Thomas was a Criminal Defense Attorney, was a member and past President of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He graduated from the University of Florida Under Graduate School and Law School. Survivors are brother: Theo Kurrus of Phoenix, AZ; sister: Joann Kurrus Emory of Houston, TX.
