Thomas "Tommy" Triest

Mr. Thomas "Tommy" Alva Triest 70 of Keystone Heights passed away at Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center in Palatka Friday, March 1, 2019, after an extended illness. Tommy was born in Starke to the late Thomas S. Triest and Inez Triest Pribble. An electrician by trade who retired from Camp Blanding, Tommy was a devoted husband to Janel (Titus) Triest of 45 years, father to Tamara (Ray) and Kelly (Joey), and extremely proud Papa to LJ (Sarah), Karaline, Luke, and Emmalen. He is survived by his siblings Leon "PeeWee" Triest and Brenda (Jimmy) Nooney along with many nieces and nephews, other extended family, and countless friends who quickly became more like family. Visitation for Tommy will be Monday, March 4, 2019, at 10am in the Jones-Gallagher Funeral Home Chapel followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Brandon Denmark officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to Haven Hospice 6400 St. Johns Ave., Palatka, FL 32177 or to the charity of your choice in memory of Tommy.
