Tina A. Chaffee CHAFFEE: Tina Anne Chaffee, 65, passed away at home on December 23, 2011 surrounded by her loving family.She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend.She was a dental hygienist for most of her adult life, a member of the Gainesville Chapter of the DAR, a member of the North Jacksonville Baptist Church and a lifelong resident of Jacksonville.She loved the beach, camping, hiking, travel and her work. She was a 1964 graduate of Andrew Jackson High School and a 1966 graduate of West Palm Beach Junior College of Dental Hygiene.Tina is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Robert, Jr., her daughter Barbara Faith (Darrell), her son Robert Willie, III (Tracie) and grandchildren Madison, Christian, Logan and Kayden.A memorial service in celebration of her life will be held on January 14, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at the North Jacksonville Baptist Church, 8531 North Main Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32218 with Reverend Chris Coram officiating.
