Tommy Allen Terry

Mr. Tommy Allen Terry age 64, of Orange Park passed away Monday, May 16, 2016 at Orange Park Medical Center. Mr. Terry was born on October 11, 1951 in Coleman, Florida to the late Maurice and Mary (Brandon) Terry. Tommy served in the United States Army, and served the small community of Colman as their Police Chief and the Fire Chief. He also worked as a cable company lineman for many years and was of the Pentecostal faith. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings: Owen Terry, Stanley Terry, and Jim Terry. Survivors are: his wife of 41 years Patricia (Clark) Terry of Orange Park, son: Paul Case of Fleming Island, daughter: Tracy Thrift of Green Cove Springs and Jo Case of Middleburg, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Also surviving are his siblings, Sharon Lane, Billy Terry, Marie Bilbrey all of Adamsville, Judy Mason of Coleman, Patricia Howard of Bushnell, and Robert Terry (Robin) of Floral City. A memorial service with Military Honors will be held on June 4, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Adamsville Cemetery. Arrangements are by HELM-GALLAGHER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES 904-284-9696.
