Mr. Troy Davis Henderson, age 78 of Starke passed away at his home Sunday, October 26, 2025. He was born on March 9, 1947, in Mcdonnell, North Carolina to the late Lorenzo and Katy Henderson and spent his later years in Starke. He lived a life rooted in hard work, primarily as a dedicated tree cutter for McClellan Logging, where he earned the respect of many in the industry.

Troy was known for his love of fishing and the joys of nature, where he found peace and happiness. A proud grandpa, he cherished every moment spent with his four grandchildren two great grandchildren. Family meant everything to Troy, and he leaves behind his son, Dewayne Henderson, and his sisters, Lorraine and Ruth Henderson, who will forever remember the warmth and strength he brought to their lives.

Following his wishes, Troy will be cremated. Arrangements are under the care of Jones-Gallagher Funeral Home located at 620 E. Nona Street, Starke, FL 32091.
