Tyler Warren Lumley, age 32, passed away on Monday May 6, 2019.A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Friday May 10, 2019 in the chapel of George H. Hewell & Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Blvd., S., with Dr. Terry N. Collins officiating. Dress attire should be casual, yet respectable.A Jacksonville native, Tyler was born here on January 29, 1987. He was a graduate of Arlington Country Day School, class of 2005. Tyler worked for the family business as a technician at Ed Lumleys Exhaust and also for Mickeys Seafood. A good athlete himself, Tyler was an avid outdoorsman & sports fan. He shared that love with his family and especially enjoyed watching his son play baseball (often as he helped to coach from the sidelines).Tyler is survived by his mother, Mickey McCarty; his father, Ed Lumley; his son, Tyler Warren Lumley Jr.; his little brother, Gabriel Lumley and his companion, Ashley Powell.
