Valerie Lynn Buschman

Mrs. Valerie Lynn Buschman age 60, of Waldo passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at her home. Valerie was born on September 15, 1957 in Hollywood, Florida to the late Alford "AL" and Clara Nell (Thomas) Hurst and moved to Waldo from Hollywood in 1999. Prior to retirement she worked as a business director for many corporations, such as Viacom, Blockbuster, Auto Nation, and Ryder Trucking. In retirement she began her online business named Faithful Crafter and partnered with Brenda Coleman to make it a world-wide success. She enjoyed her church family at Waldo Baptist Church and loved singing in the choir with her friends. Survivors are her husband of 42 years, William Robert Buschman of Waldo; daughter, Jami Lynn of Jacksonville; son, Carter Buschman of Manassas, Virginia; siblings, Bryan Hurst (Karen) of Sunrise, Steve Hurst (Suzanne) of Hollywood, and Pamela Bachmann (Albert) of Stuart. Also left behind are her grandchildren, Olivia Kinson, Nicholas Lynn, Nathan Lynn, and Nolan Lynn. Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at First Baptist Church of Waldo with Pastor Jim Dubois officiating.
