Veronica C. Johnson, age 27 of Jacksonville passed away suddenly on September 7, 2014. She was born in Jacksonville, FL on January 6, 1987. She was a lifelong resident of Jacksonville and graduated from First Coast High School, and the University of North Florida with a degree in Art History. She worked as a waitress while going through school and continued on after graduating, most recently working at the Lime Leaf Restaurant. She was a very tender-hearted, compassionate, and creative individual who was greatly loved. Growing up she was a member of Cornerstone Church of the Nazarene. Survivors include her father Calvin Johnson and stepmother Janet Johnson, her mother Vicki Kehler and stepfather Clarence Kehler, sister Lynne Heinig (Eric), stepbrother Matthew Kutzer, (Fiance Carrie Shiver), and stepsister Michelle Kutzer, maternal grandparents Zach and Vivian Colson, stepgrandparents Joe and Martha Hardcastle, several aunts, uncles Stanley Johnson and Chester Johnson (Linda), cousins, and one nephew, Shillam Heinig. She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents Charles and Betty Johnson. Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. TODAY, September 12th at Faith Baptist Church, 5330 Dunn Ave. Jacksonville 32218, with the church pastor Donnie Miles officiating. Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park. George H.
