Vincent Sammarco

Vincent Sammarco 94 went home to be with our Lord on 10/25/20He was born in Naples, Italy to the late Gennaro and Sofia Sammarco. He came over to the United States on 07/01/1946 as an American citizen and lived in Brooklyn , New York. He joined the United States Army and then was part of the reserves for 8 years. Vincent went to school to learn how to build batteries for Yardney Electric Corp which produced major batteries for the Dept of Defense and NASA . He married the late Carmela Santino in 1953. His passion was soccer and horse racing but his pride and joy was his family. Vincent was the embodiment of the American dream.Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter Adele Sammarco, grandsons Stephen Jennings and Kevin Jennings. granddaughter in-law Michelle Jennings.Great granddaughters, Katelyn Jennings and Harper Jennings. His sister Catherine Esposito. Many nieces and nephews.Deceased brother Carl Sammarco , deceased sisters Carmela Fermo and Giovanna Sammarco.
