Mrs. Violet Langford Deyo age 87, of Keystone Heights passed away Thursday, November 8, 2018, at Windsor Health and Rehabilitation Center. Violet was born in Lake City on May 7, 1931, to Raymond and Catherine (Hewitt) Langford and moved to Keystone Heights 43 years ago from Jacksonville. She was a homemaker and member of the Order of the Eastern Star of Keystone Heights. Mrs. Deyo also loved crocheting, camping and was known for her great southern cooking. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years Edward R. Deyo, Sr. Survivors are her children Edward R. Deyo, Jr. (Susan) of Jacksonville, Kathy Deyo West (Kenneth) of Fairmount, GA, Robert A. Deyo (Julie) of Jacksonville; siblings: Joyce Gibson of Jacksonville, Norman "Ray" Langford of Ocala, Cliff Langford of Jacksonville and Beverly Gonzales of Jacksonville. Also left are her four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the DEWITT C. JONES CHAPEL of Jones-Gallagher Funeral home on Friday, November 16, 2018, from 6-9 PM. Funeral services will be on Saturday, November 17, 2018, at the DeWitt C.
