Virginia Davis Bowden Virginia Davis Bowden, 91, who passed away on Monday, January 27, 2014. Mrs. Bowden was born in Jacksonville, Florida on November 21, 1922, to the late Purdom and Alma Davis. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Methodist faith. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, the late James J. Bowden.
