Mrs. Vonciel Kelly Futch age 88 of Keystone Heights passed away Sunday, November 15, 2020, at Parkside Assisted Living in Starke. She was born June 1, 1932, in Baker County to Warren W. and Regena (Pearce) Kelly. Mrs. Futch lived in Starke for many years where she worked in several local florists and was known for her talent of floral arranging. She was a long-time member of Grace (Boatdrain) Baptist Church and after attending four years of Bible College she returned to become a long-time member at First Baptist Church of Keystone Heights. There, she enjoyed singing in the choir, helping in the kitchen and volunteering numerous hours working in the Clothes Closet along with volunteering for the Senior Center and Lake Area Ministries. In her spare time she enjoyed doing word search puzzles and reading especially, her Bible. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her brothers Doyle Kelly and J.B. Kelly. She is survived by her loving and much devoted husband of 66 years Benton Futch and their two children Eve Jones (Chuck) of Theressa and Steve Futch (Cindy) of Starke along with two sisters Shirley Pruitt of Waldo and Carolyn Mann of Starke. She was lovingly called "Nanny" by four grandchildren Elizabeth, Brandi, Andrew and Stephanie and great granddaughter Sydney. Also left behind are nieces, nephews and extended family and longtime friends. Graveside services for Mrs. Futch will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 19, 2020, with Pastor Daniel Findley officiating. Interment will be at Crosby Lake Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Youth Group at Keystone Heights Baptist Church, 550 East Walker Drive, Keystone Heights, FL 32656.
