Mr. Vanlandingham was born in Jacksonville, Florida and was a member of Shindler Drive Baptist Church. He was a wonderful husband and a great provider. He was a Florida State Correctional Officer. Survivors include his loving wife of 30 years, Kathleen Crumpler Vanlandingham; Mother, Edna Mathis; 2 daughters, Christine Colgan (Jorge), and Angela Davis. 2 sons, Richard Thomas II, and Wayne R.
