Will Goodlow Wolz, 90, passed away on September 23, 2012.He was born in Gainesville, FL on November 11, 1921 to Frank and Pearl Wolz. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, the GHS Has Beens, a lifetime member of the Gainesville Lions Club, a lifetime member of the Eastside Garden Club, a Master Mason RT Schaefer Lodge #350, an honorary member of the Mimosa Garden Club and was a U.S. Army Veteran and served his country in the European Theater.He is survived by his wife, Mary Nell, two children, Ron Wolz of Clearwater, FL and Sharon Gay of LaCrosse, FL; two step-children, Lucy Terrell and Allan (Robin) Lowe all of Gainesville; two sisters, Catherine Delegal of Fernandina Beach and Edith Bridges of Jacksonville, FL, nine grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2012 from 1:30 - 2:30 PM at the Chapel In The Meadows, 4100 NW 39th Avenue, Gainesville. A service willbeginning at 2:30 with Rev. Lynwood Walters officiating.
