Willard Douglas Barrow

Mr. Willard Douglas "Doug" Barrow age 63, of Keystone Heights passed away at his home Monday, September 17, 2018, following a brief illness. He was born September 27, 1954, in Goldsboro, North Carolina to James R. and Shirley (Seymour) Barrow. Doug had been a longtime resident of Keystone Heights and worked as a truck driver and in maintenance for apartment buildings. Growing up Doug was raised in the Baptist faith and liked to go fishing when he was able. He enjoyed watching all sports especially football and race cars, he also had a collection of maps in which he would use as he traveled. Doug was known for living a simple life and was just and all-around awesome guy. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his sister Donna Barrow Givens and his nephew D.J. Mobley. Survivors are two sisters and brother-in-laws Deborah (Keith) Singletary of Keystone Heights and Denise (Donald E.) Bacon of Palm Coast along with a brother and sister-in-law Dennis (Debbie) Barrow of Pennsylvania. Also left behind are numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends that will miss him dearly.
