William Warren Buie

William Warren Buie, 69 of Jacksonville, FL, passed away on July 29, 2018 after a battle with cancer. A graveside service will be held at the Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Rd Jax, FL 32218 (Lane #3) on Friday, August 3, 2018 at 10AM. A visitation will be held at George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard South Jacksonville, FL 32216 on Thursday, August 2, 2018 from 5:30PM to 7:00PM. William is predeceased by his parents, Bill and Sara Buie. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Buie of Jax, FL., a daughter Kristina Simpson (Scott) of Jax, FL and a son, William Buie, Jr. (Robyn) of Longwood, FL, two sisters; Linda Kinnealy of Jax, FL and Suzan Patmore (Jim) of Sumter, SC and five grandchildren. William worked in sales most of his life and then with the Federal Reserve Bank before retiring. Due to cemetery restrictions, the family requests no flowers.
