Mr. William Frank "Bill" Hofmann age 90 of Keystone Heights passed away in Starke Tuesday, January 14, 2014. Mr. Hofmann was born July 24, 1923 in Chicago, Illinois to the late William and Florence (Gillispie) Hofmann and had been a resident of Keystone for the past four years. Mr. Hofmann served in the United States Army from 1943 - 1946, and prior to retirement, he was an Inspector for the AT&T Telephone Company. He attended St. William Catholic Church in Keystone Heights and enjoyed watching old movies. Mr. Hofmann is survived by his wife of 65 years, Glennette "Glenn" and their four children, Debbie Pransky her husband Bill of Elmhurst, Illinois, Denise Teeter her husband Bill of Keystone Heights, Gary Hofmann his wife Cindi of Algonquin, Illinois and Rick Hofmann his wife Karen of Crystal Lake Illinois, along with five grandchildren.Funeral Mass for Mr. Hofmann will be at 10:30 a.m., Friday, January 17, 2014 in the St. William Catholic Church with Father Mike Williams officiating.
