A funeral service for William David Israel "Bill", 92 of Jacksonville, FL will be held in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South Jacksonville, FL 32216 on March 14, 2019 at 10:30AM with Pastor Steve McCollum officiating. Burial will follow at 1:30PM in the Jacksonville National Cemetery with military honors. Bill is preceded in death by his loving wife Mrs. Marian Eilene Israel. Bill is survived by his children; Vicky Talton (Johnny), Carrie DeLoach (Bob), David Israel (Kitty), Mark Israel (Tonnie), Margie Sorrells, Virginia Kennedy (Chuck) and Nancy Phillips (Mark). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and twenty-seven great grandchildren.
