William James Sutton, II, 53, of Starke, passed away on Friday, April 4, 2025, in Orange Park Hospital. He was born April 30, 1971, in Jacksonville, FL, to William James Sutton and Alice Rigdon Sutton. Raised in Jacksonville, graduated from Andrew Jackson High School in 1989. Following graduation, he joined the family business and later established his own company. He had a long career as a Painting Contractor and Power Washing Specialist. He loved the Jacksonville Jaguars and Miami Dolphins. However, his favorite sports team was the Florida Gators Football. He was a Christian man and loved his family. He was preceded in death by his father, the late William James Sutton; his maternal grandparents were Joseph and Clydie Rigdon; his paternal grandparents were Edward and Mary Lou Woodham.He is survived by his mother, Alice Rigdon Sutton, and his children: William James Sutton, III, Isabella Sutton, Suniva Smith, and Angelique Smith. Grandchildren are Julianna Marie Margolla, Annalise Rose Ortiz, and Josiah James Ortiz. Uncles: Donald (Mary) Rigdon, John (Barbara) Woodham, Jesse Sutton. Aunts: Kelly Woodham (Jayson) Reed, Debbie Nelson. Long-time family friend Mark Turner and a host of cousins, extended family members, and friends. He wanted to be an organ donor as he needed a kidney himself.
