William Clinton Stewart was born September 12, 1922, at Savannah, Tennessee. He was the son of William Henry Stewart and Lydia Morton. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Elise Keyte Stewart of Jacksonville, FL; one son, William R. Stewart of Jacksonville, FL; three daughters, Naomi Gail Whitford of Crown Point, IN, Judy Schlegel of Corsicana, TX and Linda Wilson Tomsheck of Las Vegas, NV; two daughters in law, Kathi A. Lilienthal Stewart of Jacksonville, FL and Maryann Crisler of Hazel Park, MI; two brothers, Robert Deroy Stewart and Arnold Gene Stewart of Savannah, TN; 11 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. His favorite times were playing music (guitar, dobro, banjo & mandolin), attending bluegrass festivals, baseball games with his grandchildren, and telling people about how Jesus changed his life in 1950. His favorite Bible verses were John 3:16 and Romans 10:9-10 which he shared with anyone who would listen. The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday from 6 until 8 p.m. and on Friday from 7 until 8 p.m. at the Southside location of George H.
