William Jackson Thomas "Jack", 85, of High Springs, Florida, passed away on November 14, 2024. Jack was born in High Springs, Florida on April 25, 1939 to Theatis and Myrtis "Myrl" Thomas. Jack was married to Ordena Nette Parrish for 63 years.Jack worked in refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance at the University of Florida and retiring from the Department of Housing. He enjoyed fishing, boating, gardening and enjoying his family. He loved boiled peanuts and fried chicken.Jack is survived by his wife, Ordena Thomas of High Springs, Florida; daughter, Deborah Johnson (Olen) of Branford, Florida; 4 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.He is preceded in death by his parents, Theatis and Myrl Thomas, 1 sister, and 2 brothers.
