Willie Riser "Naomi" Allen Willie Riser Naomi Allen, went home to be with the Lord on April 24, 2013. Mrs. Allen was a native of Jacksonville, Florida. She was past matron of Arlington OES #222, a member of The Daughters of the Nile, DAR and UDC. She was predeceased by her husband, Ivey C. Junior Allen Jr., and son, Jerry Allen. Mrs. Allen is survived by her daughters, Linda Edwards (Coit), and Patricia Davis (Donald); Her son, Donnie Allen (Teri); Daughter-in-law, Sharon Allen; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 PM at George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4747 Main Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32206. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM in Grace Baptist Church, 13290 Ranch Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218, with Dr. Lynn Massey and Rev. Bill Forde officiating. Interment will follow Greenlawn Cemetery. Serving as active Pallbearers will be: Dewayne, Damon, Derek, Daniel, Nathan and David.
