Willie Vonthella Regl

Mrs. Willie Vonthella Regl, 64, a longtime resident of Palatka passed away December 10, 2020, at Community Hospice in St. Augustine following a brief illness. She was born Sept 22, 1956, in Loudon, Tennessee to Fred and Belva (Clemmer) Wrinn. Mrs. Regl was employed with the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services for the State of Florida until her retirement. She was a Southern Baptist and enjoyed gardening, traveling with her husband and being a Bee Keeper. Mrs. Regl was known by many family member and friends for her dedication of countless hours of praying for others over the years. Her God and her family always came first in everything she did. Mrs. Regl leaves behind her loving and much devoted husband of over 40 years Wayne Regl of Palatka and their two children Karis Solis (Paul) of Los Angeles, California and Nathaniel Regl of Louisville, Kentucky. Also left behind is her sister Alzena Abernathy of Unionville, Tennessee and was lovingly called "Grandma" by Shay Solis and Nicholas "Nicky" Solis. A Celebration of Mrs. Regls life will be held at a later date. The family has requested in lieu of flowers to please make a memorial donation to Community Hospice, www.support.communityhospice.com.
