(Yoli) Yolandita Diaz-Velez, 33 of Gainesville, Florida passed away on August 26, 2019 from injuries sustained from a car accident. Yolandita was born in Puerto Rico on August 10, 1986. Survived by her Husband Ignacio Santiago of 11 years and her 3 children Kevin 8, Keliel 4, and Kamil 6. and many family and friends. She was a stay at home mom, loved to sing, and volunteer at St Madeleines community outreach.Service will be at Fort White First United Methodist Church 185 SW Well Street, Fort White, FL 32038 386-497-1742, on Saturday September 7, 2019 at 10:00 AM.
